After working 5 years under the tutelage of Adkins’ founder, Ben’s stepson, Eric Hinderer took over the business in 1994. The two have become an invaluable team as Ben still remains on staff as resident expert and consultant.

Already seasoned in the trades of the business, Eric has taken Adkins to new heights during his time as owner. His creativity and “whatever it takes” philosophy has allowed Adkins to break into new markets and establish its position as a go-to organization in the industry. Through the hard work and determination of Eric and Ben, Adkins has steadily grown since its establishment in 1968. Yet, they both readily admit that this success wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for the dedicated group of employees on staff.
