Adkins Export Packing and Machinery Movers can pack and crate your cargo for both domestic and international shipments. We also provide Military packing and crating.

Our trained staff will crate your order to satisfy your shipping requirements. Our goal is to get your shipment to its destination safely, cost effectively, and in a timely manner anywhere in the world. With 42,000 square feet of warehouse space, Adkins can provide temporary storage of your cargo prior to shipping.

Do you have a hazardous material shipment? All of Adkins' crating and export packing staff is trained in the latest Hazardous Material Regulations.

Adkins is also your one-stop shop for military packaging. Let us sort out those boring and confusing government packaging and crating specifications. We keep the latest versions of all Military specifications on hand for quick reference.

Machinery Moving

Whether it's a single machine or an entire manufacturing facility, Adkins can move it.

Adkins Export Packing and Machinery Movers has a fleet of lift trucks and trailers to handle all your hauling needs. Whether you're relocating a plant from St. Petersburg to San Diego, or moving a single machine from New Orleans to New Zealand, we are equipped to serve you.

Our hydraulic-driven Gantry system is the ultimate power lift, with a 600 ton lifting capability. Our forklifts can hoist 5,000 to 80,000 pounds of cargo, some with boom capability.

Our array of trailers feature single drops, 300 ton specialty, lowboys and flat beds for the ultimate in hauling versatility.

Containerization

With convenient locations near truck lines and boat heads, Adkins can containerize your cargo for long journeys.

Adkins can load, block, brace and tie down equipment onto 20' and 40' flatbacks, as well as rail cars. Your cargo will be prepared according to your requirements with the following value-added features from Adkins:

A diagram will be drafted to outline any stuffing procedures.
After a container is picked up and stuffed, it is photographed for proper documentation while it is loaded.
Containers are sealed by Adkins and delivered to the port of embarkation using your preferred freight company, or Adkins will select the best one for the job.

Our containerization service also includes the provision of storage space for cargo awaiting consolidation prior to shipment.
